Project A

For over two years I built my own esports team.

Two years running my own team. Built like a real racing programme.

Project A was my own esports team. Over more than two years I built it from the ground up: signing drivers, setting up practice plans, organising race weekends and representing the team outside of it. That time taught me to lead professionally — fixed roles, clear communication and commitment before every race.

MoTeC-Telemetrie-Auswertung

Setup and data — learned in the sim, applied in real motorsport.

In the sim I learned to understand a car through data: setup development, suspension tuning and telemetry analysis in MoTeC were part of every session. I now transfer that knowledge directly to real-world motorsport.

Outcome

My drivers made it to WSR Esports.

Drivers from my team moved on to WSR Esports — one of the most prestigious organisations in simracing. That is the clearest proof the work inside the team paid off: drivers arrived with raw pace and left with setup understanding, data literacy and race discipline.
